HSS Steel Vs Cold Form Galvanized

Pavilion has been an industry leader since its inception. Using HSS Steel instead of Cold Form Galvanized tube like the competition. HSS tube is stronger, safer and more reliable than Cold Form Galvanized tube. You will find HSS in buildings, bridges, conduit and sky scrapers.

Cold Form Galvanized tube is technically Mechanical tubing, NOT STRUCTURAL. You will find this tube in sub-par fabric buildings, telecommunications towers, and fence posts.

From foundation to finish, installations are measured in weeks, not months. Some models and sizes can be completed in less than a single week. Building components are modular and designed to get your building ready to use with minimal construction time.

Modular Design

The Texan Series, the Walton Series, and Shop in a Box, are designed and manufactured in modular sections so that they can be shipped anywhere in the world. Then assembled on site according to engineering specifications and local building code requirements.

Anti-Corrosive

Fabric covers do not rust. In a corrosive environment some roof and walls become a short term disposable product. Pavilion’s fabric covers extend the life of your building. Our steel truss systems are all hot dipped galvanized after welding for premium rust protection.

Less Maintenance

Many traditional buildings require maintenance. Painting, shingling, and stopping leaks year after year are common on many buildings. Pavilion covers have U.V. inhibitors to resist fading and don’t require painting. If the cover does need to be replaced after many years. The old cover is removed and replaced with a new cover. In less time than to shingle or re-tar a roof.

More Natural Light

The translucent nature of fabric building covers creates tremendous daylight for the interior. The cover spreads the light softly and evenly which prevents shadows and provides a well lit work space. You usually don’t need to turn the on the lights during the day. When artificial lights are being used, the white underside of the cover reflect the light so that fewer lights are needed. Keeping people happy, safer and saving money.

More Airtight

Our spiderweave covers have heat welded seams between large panels. Which makes the roof and wall panels continuous without any space for air to escape. By reducing air-loss, the amount heating or cooling is reduced. Systems can better control the air temperature and humidity levels.

Quieter Inside

Metal and wood walled structures produce distracting echos which bother people and livestock. Pavilion’s spider-weave covers have sound dampening properties which reduce echo and create a hushed interior where sound carry easily. Instructors don’t need to shout and employees can communicate with ease.

More Fresh Air

The high peak of our buildings means more air volume. In buildings with animals, such as dairy barns, horse stables, and riding arenas, the warm moist “bad air” will rise to the top and with proper ventilation will be expelled from the building.

Cooler in the Summer

A metal building will radiate the heat of the sun and create an “oven effect”. The spider-weave fabric feel much cooler on a hot summer day. Combined with the light transfer, pavilion building provide a bright environment without the heat of the sun.

Warmer in the Winter

The spider-weave fabric used on Pavilion buildings has non-thermally conductive properties which reduce the transfer of cold from the outside to the inside of the building.

Pavilion continues to work hard to evolve our pre engineered and custom fabric solutions. Lighter and stronger is what Pavilion is known for.

Pavilion is also known for our ability to guide in early design and permitting applications. Pavilion is able to provide full service turn key solution providers, from permitting, foundation design and foundation work, lot grade plans, and lot grading to name a few.

Install Crews

Pavilion offers full turn key construction services. With in house qualified trades you get the security of knowing you have experts on site performing the work. Pavilion also offers construction management services or technical support for Clients that want to self perform all or portion of the work.
