1. Evaluating the raw materials

2. Steel component welding

3. Assembly of steel components

According to current standards, the crane beam and its truss should be erected during inspection. Again, the exterior dimensions of the steel components should be examined with a steel ruler.

The standard flatness of the milling plane should be 0.3 mm. The length of deviation of the steel component when the end is flattened should be 2.0 mm.

4. Adequate rustproof treatment
