New Pavilion Marine Advancement

Pavilion’s marine specialized engineering team has designed a new foundation system for Marine building applications.  Gone are the precarious days of rolling single piece foundations into the water and dragging them by barge into place.  With Pavilion’s new system floating foundations of any size are easy tasks to complete.  Pavilion now uses module, floating foundations.  These modules are poured off site, then delivered to the closest entry site and mounted in the water to become one solid foundation.  These modules are specifically designed to withstand the marine elements and Pavilion’s engineers have designed an attachment system that is both secure and allows for easy attachment.  A module float has the same strength as a one-piece float once in it’s secure position, plus has the benefit of a significant cost savings.  All floats are designed to float 18” above water and are site specifically engineered to meet the International Building Code.  The module concrete floats are another one of many innovations that sets Pavilion apart from the competition.  Module floats are an option for any marine application.  Pavilion still provides traditional one-piece concrete floats for marine applications.

A New Year and a New Decade full of enthusiasm is upon us. Sales have seen a significant increase on both sides of the border. The recent developments in the US and Canadian stimulus packages are taking effect and we at Pavilion have seen it first hand. Our manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada have seen a boost of production by 40% in the last three months. We are proud of the fact that our company is adding new staff and opening new manufacturing facilities on both sides of the border. We remain committed to keeping the jobs here, and keeping North American’s employed.
